1 lb. Round Steak, trimmed of fat
1/4 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 clove minced Garlic
1-1/2 tsp. ground Ginger
1/4 cup Salad Oil
1 cup Green Onion, thinly sliced
1 cup Green Pepper, 1" cubes
2 Celery stalks, thinly sliced
2 Tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 tbsp. Cornstarch
1 cup Water, mix with Cornstarch
Cut steak into strips 1/4" thick. Combine soy sauce, garlic, and ginger and add meat. Toss and set aside to marinate while preparing vegetables. Heat oil in large frying pan and add beef, stirring to brown on all sides. Turn heat to low and continue cooking until meat is tender. Add vegetables and toss with meat. Turn heat to medium and cook until vegetables are tender crisp (10 mins.). Add cornstarch mix to pan and stir until thickened. Add tomatoes last and heat through.
